What are the seven steps in ‘focusing’?

A

1) clearing a space. Taking an inventory of what is going on inside
2) locating the inner felt sense of the problem. Letting the felt self come. Allowing the body to ‘talk back’.
3) finding a ‘handle’ (word or image) that matches the felt sense
