B (RR, O2 sats, ascultate and percuss chest, chest expansion –> give O2? do an ABG)
C (cap refil, HR, BP, JVP, heart sounds, temperature, any bleeding –> insert cannula, take bloods, do ECG, prescribe drugs)
D (AVPU, BM, bruises, urine output, pupils, calves for DVT –> catheter?)
E (expose everywhere else)
