How to approach ‘Factors Questions’?

A

Focus on the factor in the question and think of 2-3 ways in which it contributed to progress

Each of these is a theme to consider as a paragraph

Remaining 2-3 paragraphs, compare the factor in the question against any other factors - other factors have to be explicitly linked to the question and compared directly to the factor in it

Do not bring in other factors - focus on the factor/issue in the question and consider ways in which it contributed or obstructed progress
