Lexical differences ( colloquialisms and fill-ins )
Colloquialisms such as ‘grouse’ not present in written due to its informality

Hesitations and repairs present in spoken due to fast pace not in written due to ability to plan and edit
Assimilations changes shape of words eg- wassup instead of what’s up and not present in written due to slow more relaxed pace
Morphological differences ( diectic expressions )
Diectic expressions used to point something out that isn’t there. Eg- THIS is nice. Not in written due to need to direct other participant in conversation
Syntactical differences ( ellipsis and basic conjunctions )
