EXAM QUESTION: some kind of problem in team where they are not happy with some tool, or they don’t have the adequate knowledge/skill..

- Appraise stakeholder skills. Check team members skills.
- resources required for the project.
- continuously assess team, refresh team skills
- Maintain team. DO NOT CHANGE TEAM ON AGILE PROJECT. Transfer knowledge to others.

- Analyze personality indicators and adjust to emotional needs of stakeholders

Answer: Adjust emotional intelligence and adjust way you communicate to make stakeholder happy.
Domain 2 Task 1: Execute project with the urgency required to deliver business value
- Look for opportunities to break down work into smaller increments (also for exam) - try to deliver value and get feedback incrementally
- Examine the business value throughout the project
- support team to find minimum viable product by breaking down tasks. MVPs give faster and more feedback
