Concussion RTP: Progression 1
A
- no activity
- complete brain rest
- limit brain stimulation
- no tv, video games, reading
- thinking is brain activity
- onces symptoms resolved, smc physician will start next progression
- progress to next step on daily basis unless otherwise directed
- if symptoms return, wait til asymptomatic for 1 full day, then restart at 1

- stationary cycling
- light jog

- athlete feels he/she is ready to RTP
- no one test should be used to determine recovery or RTP
