Variation form
A form that allows a small passage for variations on the theme and such
Minuet and trio form
Joins two binary minuets, repeating the first section after the second, creating a ABA pattern.
Rondo form
Form where the first section reoccurs, using a small binary form as a theme then alternates with other periods as a theme or episodes, the form is often seen as ABACA or ABCADA.
Episode
In a sonata form a episode is the bit of music that connects the second sections to the first.
