AND at least FOUR additional symptoms Changes in appetite or weight Insomnia or hypersomnia Agitation or retardation Fatigue or loss of energy Feelings of worthlessness or guilt Difficulty thinking, concentrating, or making decisions Recurrent thoughts of death and suicide
