Normally affects older people

What is the ONLY fluid you can run in tandem with a blood product and why is it used?
Normal saline - run it with blood because otherwise it can clot
What is the most common manifestation of Hodgkin’s disease?
Asymmetric, painless enlarged lymph node

Pruritis, B symptoms - fever, sweats, weight loss
Lymphoid tissues become infiltrated with malignant cells, spread is unpredictable and localized disease is rare
