WATCH FOR SUBLTE CHANGE IN VS = POSSIBLE SEPSIS
Look at their VS trends over time. If you see decreasing BP, increasing HR and Increasing Temp, possibly sepsis.
Antibiotics (PO or IV)
Can be taken at home if mild pain
Analgesics (mild pain)
Can be taken at home if mild pain
Follow-up UA and urine culture
If pain is severe, then hospitalization
