A

‘The Divine Right of Kings’ means that one has been divinely appointed the position of king or queen. God chooses them to rule the country and they believe they can do as they wish because God has chosen them.

Did Charles I change what the people wanted?

A

Charles changed 4 out of 5 of their demands.

Why did many people like Charles II?

A

He enjoyed what the people did so he put an end to what the Puritans had banned. Charles II fit the description of the king everyone wanted.

A

It was dug out of his grave, beheaded and then his head was hung on London Bridge.
