OER=Officer Evaluation Report
NCOER=Non Commissioned Officer Evaluation Report
AER=Academic Evaluation Report
DAL=Department of the Army Level Evaluations.
What is the rating chain of an OER consist of?
rated officer
the rater,
and the senior rater.
An intermediate rater is necessary only when you have a supervisor between the rater and the senior rater in your chain of command.
What is the rating chain of an NCOER consist of?
Rated NCO the rater, the senior rater and the reviewer.
