Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS)
- assess how effectively and safely a person can perform ADL tasks
- THIS ASSESSMENT CAN ONLY BE PERFORMED BY OT THAT COMPLETED AMPS TRAINING COURSE
Barthel Index
- measures a person’s level of independence in BADLs and functional mobility and level of assistance required for personal care
