Eurasian Economic Community (EAEC)
Started as a customs union and basically economic in nature. Its objective is to deepening integration in the economy, science, education, culture and social as well as coordination of foreign policies and joint protection of their borders.
Goals
Complete the formalization of a free trade regime, creating a unified customs tariff and unified system of nontariff regulation measures
Create equal conditions for production and entrepreneurial activities, for access by foreign investors, and common unified system of customs regulation
Converge and harmonize national legislation
Collaborate in their efforts to gain admission to the world trade organization
Goals 2
Draw up and implement joint programs of economic and social development
Ensure the coordination of the legal systems of EAEC with a view to creating a common legal space within the community
Form a common market for Energy, Transportation services and a unified transport system
Goals 3
Give the equal rights in receiving education and medical assistance
Introduce a unified procedure for foreign exchange controls
Lay down the common rules for trade in goods and services and their internal markets
Common economic space
Involve a supranational commission on trade and tariffs that would be based in Kiev.
Headed by representative of Kazakhstan and would not subordinate by four nations.
The ultimate goal is to be open for other countries to join and could lead even to a SINGLE CURRENCY

Why PH wanted EAEc as model for economic integration system?
EAEC can serve as a model for Ph to have economic integration just like AEC
