Q

Why do we consider eukaryotes to be a fusion of prokaryotic domains?

A

Eukaryotes are a product of Endosymbiosis (ancient Archean cell) tried to eat bacterium, but bacterium survived, and endosymbiosis developed, and both worked together. To conclude, because it’s the product of the two prokaryotic domains working together, that’s why it’s a fusion.
