Alcohol regulations
No alcohol within 8 hours of reporting time or commencement of standby.
Must not exceed 0.2 promille at the start of a flight duty period
No alcohol to be consumed during the flight duty period, or whilst on standby.
Commander’s responsbilities
Safety of all crew members, passengers, cargo from the moment he arrives on board, until he leaves the aeroplane at the end of the flight.
Operation and safety of the aeroplane.
Use of Harness
Whenever deemed necessary by Commander.

Certificate of Registration
Certificate of Airworthiness
Noise Certificate - English translation
AOC
Aircraft Radio License
Third Party Liability Insurance
Flight Crew valid licenses with ratings.
Information retained on ground
Copy of OFP
Mass and Balance
Tech Log
Special Loads notification
Company produced NOTAMs
CVR Usage
Information may NOT be used for purposes other than the investigation of incident/accident, except with CONSENT of all members.
FDR Usage
Must be de-identified if used for training purposes.
Kept 60 days after accident.
