A

Believe it’s wrong to use artificial because they go against idea that married couple should do it for procreation and goes against sanctity of life, interferes with process so goes against will of God(sin)

Catholic view promoted by the Pope& church is controversial as it’s led to spread if aids in parts of Africa(large catholic population) and barrier methods of contraception don’t prevent aids

A

Believe a couple can use any form of birth control as couple needs to decide when to have baby. Many say God’s given us common-sense to make decisions for ourselves. Knowledge of artificial methods may have been given to humans by God for our benefit. Not loving acting to continue having babies if you can’t support/provide for them

Christians believe marriage&sex is gift from God&should be cared for & protected
They have responsibility to God& their family to support&help each other

A

Marriage is sacred but divorce is allowed for some reasons eg adultery, domestic violence therefore remarriage is allowed if partner was wronged in first marriage. Most Protestants don’t agree with divorce but accept humans can make mistakes->second chance, God gives many chances
