Tell me about a time you acted with integrity?
I was asked to act in relation to an application relating to an easement which the applicant (who was a colleague) was claiming via prescription.
I was good friends with the colleague and therefore I advised my client of the conflict and sought their consent before proceeding.
Tell me about a time you provided a high standard of service?
I provided a High Standard of Service in my case study project where I acted within my scope of competence and sought advice from solicitors on specific matters to ensure my client was receiving accurate advice.
Tell me about a time you acted in a way that promotes trust in the profession?
Every week I have regular case meetings with my client and I set out the things I am going to do on specific cases and ensure they are done within the prescribed deadline.

I take Responsibility in my day to day role for my own work, but also for my colleague works (who is an apprentice) and ensure I can provide him with advice to guide his learning.
