what is the AAA model for ethical decision making?
A
This model helps make ethical decisions in seven steps:
1) Find the facts of the situation.
2) Identify the ethical problems involved.
3) Figure out the norms, principles and values related to the issue.
4) List all the possible actions you can take.
5) Identify the best course of action that is consistent with values identified in step 3.
6) Think about consequences of each action.
7) Finally, make your decision based on what’s right and follows the rules and values.
