3) contaminants on the runway, Taxiway or Apron (snow, slush etc)
4) water on runway, Taxiway,Apron
5) Temporary hazards
6) Failure operation of Aerodrome/approach lights and aids
7) Pertinent Information: de-icing, sweeping, braking action.
