A

Clínicos

1) dolor lumbar y rigidez >3meses que mejora con ejercicio y no con reposo
2) Reducción de mov. de columna lumbar sagital y frontal
3) Reducción en expansión toracica según edad y sexo

RX

1) Sacroilitis bilateral al menos grado 2
2) sacroilitis unilateral grado 3 o 4
