Erythematous well defined round lesions on extensor surface of peripheries, palms and soles
Evolve at different stages into pathognomonic target lesions

Viruses - herpes simplex 
Bacteria - mycoplasma, streptococcus 
Drugs - penicillin, sulphonamides, carbamazepine, NSAIDS, allopurinol
CT disease e.g SLE 
Sarcoidosis
Malignancy

How is it managed?

A

No treatment in majority of cases needed
Potent topical steroids to relieve rash discomfort
Treat cause e.g aciclovir for HSV, antibiotics for mycoplasma
Oral steroids if severe
