Protects everyone, not just a group perceived to suffer discrimination.

what are the 4 things that can lead to discrimination?

Direct discrimination is when someone is treated unfairly because of a protected.
Indirect discrimination can happen when there are rules or arrangements that apply to a group of people, but in practice are less fair to a certain protected characteristic.
Unintentional or Accidental discrimination is not as easy to see.
