How does Islam teach us equality and justice among all humans?
Islam teaches us equality and justice among all humans. We are all children of the same parents, Hazrat Adam and Hazrat Hawwa, and are made from this earth (clay). Hence no one is higher or lower than the other. We are all the same for Allah. He calls us Ashraful Makhlooqat, the best of His creations.

Hazrat Muhammad Rasool-Allah Khatam-an-Nabiyeen in his farewell address at Hajjat-ul-wida stressed the equality of mankind. He said, ‘O, people, your Allah is one and your father is one (Adam). You are all made of moist earth. For Allah, the best amongst you is the one who is the most virtuous. No Arab is more respectable than a non-Arab, neither is a white or red better than a black or otherwise. Virtue is the only basis of honour.’

If a person really wants to earn respect, he should try to be pious and noble. His wealth, his family, his caste, his colour, his profession, or his nationality cannot get him that position. There is no such distinction between people.
Where is a clear demonstration of equality made?
A very clear demonstration is made during Hajj, when all differences between people are eliminated. All Hajis wear the same kind of dress, the ihram, and bow together shoulder to shoulder, in front of the same Ka’aba. This is a clear demonstration of equality.

Hazrat Muhammad Rasool-Allah Khatam-an-Nabiyeen was an example of equality throughout his life. He made no distinction between masters and slaves, rich and poor, Arab and non-Arab, Mohajirs and Ansar.

Hazrat Bilal was a black slave before he accepted Islam but he was highly respected among his companions for his piety. Hazrat Zaid was also a slave, but he was freed and adopted as a son by the Holy Prophet
