Patients with hypersensitivity to sympathomimetic amines, patients with angle closure glaucoma, patients in shock (nonanaphylactic), obstetrics when maternal BP is in excess of 130/80

Headache, nausea, restlessness, weakness, dysarrythmias, hypertension

Anxiety, headache, restlessness, tremor, weakness, dizziness, pallor, respiratory difficulty
