Q

Crucifixion of Jesus

A

The crucifixion was important to Christians because it bridges the gap between humans and God, the disobedience of Adam and eve brought the “original sin”.

Jesus sacrificed himself for the sins of the World, this is how Jesus repairs the broken relationship which led to the sins being “atoned”.

Jesus became known as the sacrificial lamb, no longer need to make animal sacrifices to repair sins

The resurrection is Jesus’ greatest miracle to prove he is divine, Proves the idea of salvation an how the possibility of Heaven is achievable.

Q

“Belief in the afterlife is the most important belief”

Agree point and explain 1

A

Some may agree that the belief in the afterlife is the most important belief because at a funeral, the minister reads “I am the resurrection and the life”. This passage reminds Christians that those who believe in Jesus will be resurrected, to spend eternity with God

Q

“Belief in the afterlife is the most important belief”

Agree point and explain 2

A

This is a strong point because in Christianity the belief in the afterlife is a fundamental religious belief. For example in the Gospel of John “He who believes in me, though he die, yet shall live”. So this is how some may agree that the belief in the afterlife is the most important belief.

A

This is a strong point because it is more important how people live this life rather than look towards the afterlife. For example the % pillars of Islam that teach faith in action

Conclusion

A

In conclusion I think that the belief in the afterlife is the most important belief because everything you do is judged in this life. For example “And everything they did is in written records” as said in the Qur’an
