BCF Extinguisher
PASS
- Push up Red Catch
- Aim
- Squeeze
- Sweep
Essex PBE
- Grasp each oxygen cylinder
- Sharply snap the oxygen cylinders
- Hands inside the neck seal
- Pull PBE over the head
- Do not interfere with the neck seal
Portable Oxygen Cylinder – Multi Outlet
- Plug mask into high flow outlet (next to gauge)
- Open shut off valve fully then back half a turn
- Check flow of Oxygen (green indicator in tube)
Portable Oxygen Cylinder – Single Outlet
- Push mask into outlet
- Open valve until “4” is visible
- Check flow of Oxygen (green indicator in tube)
EROS
Fixed Oxygen System – EROS
- Attach EROS mask to brass EROS outlet on O2 cylinder
PSU
Passenger Service Unit (PSU)
- Pull mask down
- Fit mask over head
FS Megaphone
- Hold megaphone with one hand
- Press the trigger button
- Speak into the microphone (mouth touching)
Adult Life Jacket
- Place lifejacket over your head
- Pass tape around waist and fasten
- Tighten and pull the strap (kids tuck strap in)
- Pull red toggle to inflation
Skyblazer Flare
- Hold muzzle away from eye level, away from body
- Press on top until flare drops down
- Pull flare down to lock into place
- Unscrew Cap
- Whilst holding flare straight up, pull chain for activation

- Verify that the ELT dial is set to ARM.
406S
- Needs impure liquid to activate

Evacuate, Evacuate, Evacuate.
Seat belts off. High heels off
