A

Interplay is when all the energy systems are working together, but each system is working at a different intensity

How does interplay work to the sport basketball

A

Interplay can be used in basketball. The first energy system, ATP-PC, is used when the player passes the ball. The second system, lactic acid is used when the player is constantly sprinting into new and free positions on the court. And the third system, aerobic, is used throughout the duration of the game, as the player is consistently running up and down the court
