Decreased aldosterone, cortisol
Increased androgen
Mx of HHS
Normal saline, IV insulin, potassium replacement
Milk alkali syndrome
Hypercalcemia, renal insufficiency, metabolic alkalosis
Dx of Cushing syndrome
24 hr urine cortisol, late night salivary cortisol assay, low dose Dexa suppression test
