Trichophyton tonsurans. Give oral griseofulvin or terbinafine

Strep- pain +, pinworm- painless, no fissures, only pruiritis
Vascular skin lesions in childhood
nevus flammeus, simplex, hemangioma
Rx of pityriasis rosea
Reassurance. Itching- antihistamines
Does LNpathy occur with sporotrichosis?
No, only skin lesions. Give oral itraconazole
