Adrenal gland

Appendix NET
pT1: <= 2 cm
pT2: > 2 cm but <= 4 cm
рТ3: > 4 cm, or subserosal invasion, or involvement of mesoappendix
pT4: perforates peritoneum, or directly invades other adjacent organs or structures (excluding direct mural extension to adjacent subserosa of adjacent bowel), e.g., abdominal wall and skeletal muscle
Colon NET
pT1a: <= 1 cm
pT1b: > 1 cm but <= 2 cm
pT2: invades muscularis propria, or is > 2 cm with invasion of the mucosa/ submucosa
pT3: invades through the muscularis propria into subserosal tissue without penetration of overlying serosa
pT4: Tumor invades the visceral peritoneum (serosa), or other organs or adjacent structures
Duodenum and ampulla
pT1: invades the mucosa or submucosa only, and <= 1 cm (duodenal tumors);
<= 1 cm in greatest dimension and confined within the sphincter of Oddi (ampullary tumors)
pT2: Tumor invades the muscularis propria or > 1 cm (duodenal tumors); tumor invades through sphincter into duodenal submucosa or muscularis propria, or > 1 cm (ampullary tumors)
pT3: Tumor invades the pancreas or peripancreatic adipose tissue
pT4: Tumor invades the visceral peritoneum (serosa) or other organs
Jejunum and ileum NET
pT1: invades mucosa or submucosa, <= 1 cm
pT2: invades muscularis propria or > 1 cm in greatest dimension
pT3: invades through the muscularis propria into subserosal tissue
pT4: invades visceral peritoneum (serosal) or other organs or adjacent structures
Pancreas (endocrine)
pT1: <= 2 cm
pT2: > 2 cm but <= 4 cm
pT3: > 4 cm; or invading the duodenum, ampulla of Vater, or common bile duct
pT4: invading adjacent organs (stomach, spleen, colon, adrenal gland) or the wall of large vessels (celiac axis, superior mesenteric artery / vein, splenic artery / vein, gastroduodenal artery /vein, portal vein)
Stomach NET
pT1: Tumor invades the mucosa or submucosa, and <= 1 cm
pT2: Tumor invades the muscularis propria or > 1 cm
pT3: Tumor invades through the muscularis propria into subserosal tissue
pT4: Tumor invades visceral peritoneum (serosal) or other organs or adjacent structures
Thyroid
pT1a: <= 1 cm
pT1b: > 1 cm but <= 2 cm,
pT2: > 2 cm but <= 4 cm
pT3a: > 4 cm
pT3b: invading only strap muscles
pT4a: invading subcutaneous soft tissues, larynx, trachea, esophagus, or recurrent laryngeal nerve
pT4b: invading prevertebral fascia or encasing the carotid artery or mediastinal vessels
