management
better diet exercise avoid alcohol manage underlying condition liver transplant

WHAAC: Worsening jaundice Hepatorenal syndrome Asterix and encephalopathy Ascites Co-agulopathy
no increased prothrombin time or bilirubin, presence of encephalopathy differentiates between acute attack and present chronic disease
