The FP calls in asking you, in the death claims area, to please mail the form to his client. How do you respond?

Answer 1

Tell him to go fuck himself. Lol jk; tell him that he can obtain the form himself using the FP’s Forms System. Remind him that if the home office sends the form to the beneficiary it will take approx. 7-10 days for processing and mailing time. And that’s not too ideal, is it?
