A

neuro: h/a, stroke, vision change, altered LOC, seizure
Resp: tachypnea, dyspnea, hypoxia, hemoptysis
Cardiac: RV overload, MI
Other: DIC, renal failure, priapism/clitoral enlgt, dactylitis
