A molecule is a group of atoms joined together.
When will a compound end in -ide?
If it contains 2 elements
When will a compound end in -ite or -ate?
If it contains 3 elements, once which is oxygen.
What does Electrolysis mean?
(meaning splitting using electricity).
What does a question means when it refers to elements in a group?
Their group number?
