- Environmental/Mechanical (Uneven Ground, Slip, Poor lighting)
- Known Medical/Pharmacological factor (Postural hypotension, Poor gait)
- Unanticipated Event (Stroke, Seizure, AMI)

What are some key factors when assessing the falls risk of a patient?
A
- Sensory impairment
- Medications
- Mobility issues or uses mobility aids
- Altered Congnitive state
- Continence issues
- Environment is unsafe
- Hx of falls
- Depression
