A
internal rotation until epicondyles 45 degrees to IR. Fully extend elbow. Include a 1/4 of each bone. Transversely collimate 1.25 cm

A
external rotation till epicondyles 45 degrees to IR. Full extend elbow. Include a 1/4 of each bone. Transversely collimate 1.25 cm.

A
olecranon moves away and coronoid process shifts proximally.

When positioning for an oblique with an unextendable elbow, what do you do?
A
Place the anatomy parallel to the IR that is of most interest
