Extension - look for hyperextension
Pronation and supination (elbows in and flexed)

Tennis elbow - pronation, elbow flexed, extend elbow
Positive = tingling @ lateral epicondyle
Golfers elbow - supination, elbow flexed, extend elbow
Positive = tingling @ medial epicondyle
