concave radius head slides post on convex surface of capitulum during EXT
with FLX, concave radius head slides anteriorly in capitulotrochlear groove t enter the radial fossa with flexion

Superior-head of radius spins in annular lig, post with pronation and ant with supination
Inferior- concave ulnar notch on radius slides over the ulnar head and articulates with disc: radius slides in same direction as motion

elbow FLX- 0 to 150 deg, soft end feel
supination- 0 to 80 deg, firm end feel
