Describe the arthrokinematics of the superior humeroulnar joint in the sagittal plane.

Based on the concave/convex rule the trochlear surface of the medial humerus is concave and the trochlear ridge of the ulna is convex
- Humerus is concave, ulna is convex (groove)
Extension of the elbow involves anterior glide and roll of the ulna on the humerus.
Flexion of the elbow involves posterior glide and roll of the ulna on the humerus.
