Medial side of elbow. Triangular shaped from olecranon, medial epicondyle and ulnar. provides support and resistance in valgus overloads

Patient supine. With one hand either side of elbow try to bend elbow sideways to stretch medial side of elbow

Lateral side – annular ligament from ulnar round radius back to ulnar. providing support and resistance in varus overloads
