A

Afatinib: diarrhea (more than erlotinib/gefitinib), rash, acne, stomatitis, paronychia, dry skin, pruritus, epistaxis, cheilitis; also monitor for pneumonitis, hepatotoxicity, GI perforation, and ocular toxicities
