How is sexual harassment defined?

A

Unsolicited or unwanted sexual advances, request for sexual favors or verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature by an employee, supervisor, or manager:

  1. Submission to the conduct is either explicitly or implicitly term or condition of employment
  2. Submission or rejection is used for basis of employment
  3. Conduct unreasonably interfears with work performance, or creating a hostile work environment

  1. Call the Equal Opportunity Office
  2. Fill out “Charge of Discrimination” form
  3. Form sent to respondent with in 10 days
  4. Investigation is conducted
  5. Decision is made
