How is sexual harassment defined?
A
Unsolicited or unwanted sexual advances, request for sexual favors or verbal, visual or physical conduct of a sexual nature by an employee, supervisor, or manager:
- Submission to the conduct is either explicitly or implicitly term or condition of employment
- Submission or rejection is used for basis of employment
- Conduct unreasonably interfears with work performance, or creating a hostile work environment

What is the Discrimination Complaint Resolution Procedure?
A
- Call the Equal Opportunity Office
- Fill out “Charge of Discrimination” form
- Form sent to respondent with in 10 days
- Investigation is conducted
- Decision is made
