What is a serious health condition?

Illness, Injury, impairment or physical or mental health condition that involves:

1. Inpatient Care
2. Continuing care by health care provider
3. Period of incapacity more than 3 consecutive days

How long does Pregnancy disability leave give you?

4 months or 88 work days of leave

What are some reasons for FMLA?

1. Birth of child or to care for a newborn of the employee
2. Placement of a child in adoption or foster care
