A
1/ Occupation [hairdresser/cleaner] Treatment to date Exacerbating/ Relieving factors History of atopy e.g. eczema Exposures to irritants e.g. soap/latex/cleaning agents
2/ Avoid triggers Emollient use frequently Topical steroid Topical antibiotic to infected regions Use soap free cleansers Use wet dressings if severe Antihistamines Identify irritants by patch testing Having cool baths
