1/vessels: fine, well-demarcated, branching vessels),
2/blue-grey ovoid nests, blue-grey dots
3/ulceration and erosions,
4/concentric structures, spoke-wheel areas,
5/ leaf-like areas, pink-white areas and short
white streaks.

Types of BCC
A
Nodular
- raised pearly white edge with telangectasiae
- Rodent Ulcer
- most common
Superficial
- well defined erythematous scaly plaque
- often misdiagnosed for eczema, psoriasis
Morphoeic
- difficult to dx
- “scar like plaques” - unexplained scar or scar that doesn’t heal
Pigmented
