Dx: unruptured ectopic pregnancy Tx: methotrexate (<6weeks AOG, tubal mass is less than 3.5 cm, absence of fetal heart motion, hCG level is less than 15,000 and unruptured) Surgical ( laparoscopy) Ampullary (salphingostomy) Isthmic ( resection)

Dx: ectopic pregnancy.
Tx: repeat hCG level and ultrasound after 2-3 days
( hCG level should double every 58hours)
