The clinical presentation of patients with triad of amenorrhea, abdominal pain, and bleeding with hCG level of >1500. On ultrasound no gestational sac was found? Diagnosis? Management?

A
Dx: unruptured ectopic pregnancy
Tx: methotrexate (<6weeks AOG, tubal mass is less than 3.5 cm, absence of fetal heart motion, hCG level is less than 15,000 and unruptured)
Surgical ( laparoscopy)
Ampullary (salphingostomy)
Isthmic ( resection)

A

Dx: ectopic pregnancy.
Tx: repeat hCG level and ultrasound after 2-3 days
( hCG level should double every 58hours)
