• Painrelief, antiemetic
• keep nbm
• conservative med mx - IM methotrexate
  If stable, <3cm, no heartbeat,
• wkly b hcg for 3/52 then monthly for mnth.
  67% success rate. 23% req another dose.
• se: gastritis, dermatitis..

Pain relief, antiemetics
Call for help
Once stable - send to theatre emergency laparotomy if ruptured or lap salpingectomy or salpingostomy
