- when detectable

- urine 28/7 after 1st day LMP
B-HCG levels and earliest detectable USD findings - TV and TA
TV - 5 wks - >1,500 IU; Fetal sac
- 6wks - fetal pole
- 7-8 wks - feral heart tones
TAb - 6-8wks >6,500; IU pregnancy
Dating scan
8-12 wks
FTS
Blood (bHCG and PAPP-A) and NTS - 11-13+6wks
T2 bloods
AFP, B-HCG, unconjugated oestrogen; 15-18wks
Morph scan
18-20wks
CVS
12-14wks; 1%abortion risk some fetal limb injury ; TV or Tab; only chromosomal screening. Adv: earlier, faster results.
Amniocentesis
> 15wks to term; .5% abortion risk, some fetal limb injury; NTD and chromo abnormalities (more accurate genetic testing than CVS)
FTS for >35yo - chromosomal screening for high risks 1:300 T1; 1:250 T2
30yrs -1: 1600
35yo - 1:250/300
37yo - 1:150
40yo - 1/80-100
5mg of Folate with
DM
BMI >35
