What are some clinical features of ecstasy poisoning?
A
- Neurological: agitation, anxiety, confusion, ataxia
- Cardiovascular: tachycardia, hypertension
- Hyponatraemia
- Hyperthermia
- Rhabdomyolysis
(Basically similar to serotonin syndrome)

How is it managed?
A
- Supportive
- Dantrolene may be used for hyperthermia if simple measures fail
